I’m excited to announce that I have been endorsed by The Oath of Office, a non-partisan organization focused on individuals who value public service over personal politics.
My name is Rachelle Bauerle, and I am a Democrat running for the position of County Clerk Recorder in Madison County.
I was born and raised in Granite City, Illinois, and received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SIUE in 2006. I currently live in Edwardsville, Illinois, with my husband and two children. Since 2020, I have served as an election judge, gaining valuable experience in Madison County elections.
As a near lifelong resident of Madison County, I am motivated to see positive changes in our community. I believe our elected officials work for us and have a responsibility to act as public servants to all constituents while being good stewards of our public funds. Our policies and procedures should reflect what is best for the people of Madison County, ensuring that no one is left in the dark about what is happening. Important information regarding Madison County elections should be easy to find and understand, as an engaged community is a strong community.
I know I can bring a level of energy and fresh ideas to the office of County Clerk Recorder, all while maintaining efficiency and staying within budget. I want the people of Madison County to be seen and heard. Together, we can build a better Madison County.
Thank you to everyone who collected signatures, knocked doors, helped fundraise, placed signs and talk with your friends, families and neighbors about getting out the vote. We are still in need of volunteers this spring and summer for everything from canvassing to fundraising and social media.
Every Dollar Makes a Difference
Running a grassroots campaign takes resources—and your support helps power everything from yard signs to voter outreach. Whether it’s $5 or $500, every contribution brings us one step closer to creating positive change in our community. Thank you for investing in a better future.
Stay up to date on my upcoming appearances as your potential future County Clerk Recorder, including community meetups and speaking engagements about Madison County elections. I’d love to meet you, hear your concerns, and share my vision for our community—see where I’ll be next!
